Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADRO PROTOCOL ecosystem, including our mobile applications, AR spatial computing features, and smart contract reward mechanisms. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1 - Ecosystem Participation

ADRO PROTOCOL operates a decentralized Ads-to-Reward (A2R) network. By participating, you agree to the following conditions:

Account Eligibility: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to interact with cryptographic assets and participate in the ADRO reward ecosystem.
Reward Distribution: All AC and ACS token distributions are governed by automated smart contracts. The Foundation does not manually intervene in algorithmic reward splits.
Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and wallet credentials.

Section 2 - Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud

To maintain the integrity of the A2R ecosystem and protect advertiser budgets, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Location Spoofing: The use of GPS spoofing software, VPNs designed to manipulate geographic data, or any attempt to falsify physical presence at AR ad zones.
Automated Exploitation: Deploying bots, scripts, or automated macro systems to artificially generate ad views or farming ACS tokens.
Network Abuse: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or launch Sybil attacks against the ADRO smart contracts or IoT sensor networks.

Section 3 - Zero-Tolerance Policy

1. ADRO PROTOCOL enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against network fraud. Any account detected engaging in location spoofing or automated exploitation will face immediate and permanent suspension.

2. In the event of a suspension, all unredeemed ACS tokens and pending rewards associated with the fraudulent account will be permanently burned or returned to the ecosystem treasury, without the possibility of appeal.

Section 4 - Limitation of Liability

1. The ADRO PROTOCOL ecosystem, including all smart contracts and AR interfaces, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Foundation makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation of the network.

2. We shall not be held liable for any loss of cryptographic assets, AC/ACS tokens, or potential rewards resulting from user error, wallet compromise, network congestion, or third-party merchant POS failures.
