This Privacy Policy describes how the ADRO PROTOCOL Foundation ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal, locational, and cryptographic data when utilizing the ADRO ecosystem. We maintain premium security standards equivalent to world-class financial platforms.

Section 1 - Types of Information We Collect

To facilitate seamless offline settlements, optimize spatial AR mapping, and dynamically screen fraudulent transactions, ADRO PROTOCOL collects the following categories of data:

Cryptographic Blockchain Data: Your public wallet address, real-time on-chain transaction history, smart contract events, and token balances.
Geographic & IoT Sensor Data: GPS coordinates at the timestamp of AR ad interactions, physical device accelerometer data, and volatile spatial camera telemetry utilized solely for instant AR spatial rendering.
Device Telemetry & Logs: Unique device identifiers (UUID/ADID), mobile operating system versions, IP addresses, and application access logs.

Section 2 - Purposes of Data Processing

We process your collected telemetry and system logs strictly under the following operational scopes:

Settlement & Verification: Processing automated smart contract value routing (AC/ACS rewards) and managing real-time clearing with partnered offline merchant POS networks.
System Integrity & Fraud Prevention: Filtering spoofed GPS signals, block/IP packet modifications, and automated macro/bot traffic to maintain the economic safety of the network.
Targeted Advertising & AR UX Optimization: Rendering location-specific AR ad shelter content and maximizing operational fluidness on user devices.

Section 3 - On-Chain Data Immutability Disclaimer

1. Due to the inherent technical nature of public decentralized blockchains (such as the BEP-20 network), any user public wallet addresses and transaction records permanently written on the ledger are beyond the physical control of the Foundation and cannot be modified or deleted.

2. Upon a formal request for account termination or personal data deletion, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that on-chain ledger records are strictly excluded from deletion processes and shall remain permanently stored in the decentralized network. The Foundation will only purge corresponding personal data stored on its offline databases and centralized servers.

Section 4 - Spatial & Location Data Policies

1. ADRO PROTOCOL tracks and collects real-time GPS coordinates to map regional AR ads, trigger the Hyperlocal Reward Multiplier, and authorize offline merchant-level cashouts.

2. All locational data is strongly encrypted during transit. You may revoke location access anytime via device settings; however, revoking locational telemetry will permanently disqualify your device from receiving location-based A2R ad payouts.
